Educational Initiatives & Plastivan Program
Presented by Eve Vitale, Director of SPE Foundations
Ms. Vitale’s experience includes six years of corporate and foundation fundraising experience in the automotive and plastics industries and ten years of curriculum development and teaching.
She holds a B.S.M.E. from Oakland University and an M.S.E. with a concentration in manufacturing from Kettering University, where she is currently also the SPE Detroit Section liaison for Kettering students.

About the Program:
The PlastiVan™ Program is a great way to WOW and excite young people about the science and the vast opportunities the plastics industry has to offer. The PlastiVan program travels to schools and companies throughout North America, educating people of all ages about plastics chemistry, history, processing, manufacturing, sustainability and applications.
